At 4S1 Distribution, we believe it is important that you can shop with confidence.
When you place an order through our webshop as a consumer, you generally have the statutory right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days, without giving a reason.
1. Withdrawal period
As a consumer, you have a 14-day withdrawal period starting from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, receive the product.
If an order consists of multiple products that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts on the day on which the last product is received.
2. How can I return an order?

Where possible, please include:
- your name;
- order number;
- which product you wish to return;
- date of order;
- date of receipt.

After notifying us that you wish to withdraw from the agreement, you must return the product to us within 14 days.

5. Return costs
The cost of returning a product due to withdrawal is the responsibility of the customer.

If a product has been delivered incorrectly or is defective for which 4S1 Distribution is responsible, please contact us first at info@4s1.nl.
6. Condition of the product
You may unpack and inspect a product during the withdrawal period in the same way as you would be allowed to do in a physical store.
You are liable for any reduction in value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Where reasonably possible, please return the product complete and carefully packaged.
7. Refund
Following a valid withdrawal, we will refund the payments received in accordance with the applicable statutory rules.
This also includes the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option available when the original order was placed.
If you selected a more expensive shipping method, the additional costs will not be refunded.
We may wait with the refund until we have received the product or until you have provided proof that the product has been returned.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Defective or incorrectly delivered product

9. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal has certain exceptions.
If a product falls under a statutory exception, this will be clearly indicated before or during the ordering process.

Where our webshop offers an online withdrawal function, you can use this function to easily exercise your right of withdrawal.
