Article 1 – Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:
4S1 Distribution: the company located at Aalsmeerderweg 237D, 1432 CM Aalsmeer, The Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 65588185.
Customer: any natural person or legal entity who places an order with 4S1 Distribution.
Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes outside their business or professional activity.
Agreement: the agreement between 4S1 Distribution and the customer concerning the purchase of products.
Webshop: the online store of 4S1 Distribution.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to offers, orders and agreements concluded through the 4S1 Distribution webshop.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions, to the extent permitted by law.
For consumers, provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall not apply where they conflict with mandatory consumer protection law.
Article 4 – Offers and prices
The offer in the webshop contains a clear description of the products offered.
All prices stated for consumers include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any applicable shipping costs are clearly stated before the order is completed.
Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind 4S1 Distribution where there is a clear and evident error.
Article 5 – Formation of the agreement
The agreement is concluded when the customer places an order and 4S1 Distribution accepts the order.
After placing an order, the customer will receive an electronic order confirmation.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment can be made using the payment methods available during the ordering process.
The customer must pay for the order according to the payment method and conditions displayed during the ordering process.
Article 7 – Delivery
4S1 Distribution delivers the order to the delivery address provided by the customer.
The estimated delivery time is stated during the ordering process or in the order confirmation.
If a product is out of stock or has a different delivery time, this will be indicated as clearly as possible.
For consumers, the risk relating to the product transfers when the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer has received the product.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases.
The consumer may withdraw from the agreement within this period without giving a reason.
The applicable conditions and procedure are set out in the Returns Policy of 4S1 Distribution.
Article 9 – Returns
When a consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned within the statutory period.
The cost of returning a product due to withdrawal is generally borne by the consumer.
This does not apply where otherwise provided by law.
Article 10 – Refunds
Following a valid withdrawal, 4S1 Distribution will refund the payments received in accordance with the applicable statutory rules.
The refund includes the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option available for the original order.
Additional costs resulting from a more expensive delivery method chosen by the consumer will not be refunded.
Article 11 – Statutory warranty and conformity
Consumers are entitled to statutory protection when a product does not conform to the agreement or does not have the characteristics they could reasonably expect.

4S1 Distribution will assess the complaint and, where the consumer is legally entitled to a remedy, provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
Article 12 – Complaints
Complaints regarding products or orders can be submitted via:

When submitting a complaint, please include the order number where possible and provide a clear description of the problem.
Where relevant, photographs or other information may be requested in order to assess the complaint.
Article 13 – Personal data
Personal data is processed when an order is placed.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy of 4S1 Distribution.
Article 14 – Liability
4S1 Distribution is not liable for damage arising from circumstances that cannot reasonably be attributed to 4S1 Distribution, to the extent permitted by law.
This provision does not limit the statutory rights of consumers.
Article 15 – Intellectual property
All texts, images, logos, product information and other content of the webshop are the property of 4S1 Distribution or the relevant rights holder.
It is not permitted to copy, distribute or use this content commercially without prior written permission.
Article 16 – Force majeure
If 4S1 Distribution is unable to fulfil an obligation due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, this may constitute force majeure.
For consumers, statutory rights relating to delivery, withdrawal and refunds remain fully applicable.
Article 17 – Applicable law
Agreements with 4S1 Distribution are governed by Dutch law, to the extent permitted by law.
For consumers, the protection provided by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence remains applicable, where and to the extent provided for by applicable consumer law.
Article 18 – Changes to the Terms & Conditions
4S1 Distribution may amend these Terms & Conditions when necessary due to changes in its business operations or legislation.
The most recent version will be published on the webshop.
